</TD></TR><TR><TD class=vaLink>Jackson caught 90 balls back in his epic 2006 season, but hasn't topped 51 receptions since. The Rams will certainly throw more under McDaniels, leading to more chances. However, the most receptions a McDaniels' back has ever had in a season was Kevin Faulk's 58 in New England. Anything more than that for a declining S-Jax would be a surprise.

</TD></TR><TR><TD class=vaLink>Last year, Jackson was coming off back surgery. "I feel great," he said Wednesday. "Tip-top condition, my strength is there. ... (I'm) not worried if something is going to let up on me. The timidness of my game is gone." Jackson is 28 and has averaged 315.0 touches per year for the last seven seasons. But with the offense expected to improve under new coordinator Josh McDaniels, a healthy S-Jax still has plenty of value. He's a lock for 300-plus touches once again.

</TD></TR><TR><TD class=vaLink>Jackson kicked off St. Louis' first-half offensive domination of Kansas City with a 25-yard run right up the middle. He finished with nine plays of four yards or more. Cadillac Williams was sprinkled in until S-Jax called it a night, but it was Jackson's show for the majority of first half before the final possession. Jackson's current Average Draft Position is the end of the second round. That's pretty good value for an every-down back.

Cadillac Williams will get the start next Monday night. Spags confirmed that Jackson's quad is strained, and it sounds like a week-to-week situation. The Rams have a Week 5 bye, but they'll hope to get Jackson back before then. After Jackson's early-game injury in Week 1, the Rams showed they are willing to lean heavily on Cadillac with 24 touches. The 29-year-old running back will be still be more flex option than RB2 against the Giants.

Picked this guy in second round and am kicking myself for it .
Have a feeling this year will be another headache for all owners.

</TD></TR><TR><TD class=vaLink>He has been listed as questionable. The official word from the team is that Jackson is "still rehabbing and will wait until Monday night to see where he is." Jackson has played through countless injuries during his eight-year career, but most signs are pointing toward Cadillac Williams getting the start against a Giants defense that bottled up Tim Hightower last Sunday.

Kolber's report on SportsCenter indicated that the decision will be left up to Jackson, and how he feels during pre-game warmups. "They're gonna watch him work out and hope he can go," reported Kolber. "Game-time decision." If Jackson is active for the game, it's really going to throw a wrench into the hopes of Cadillac Williams owners. Jackson wouldn't be a great bet for a full workload, but he'd likely start and work as the Rams' lead back.

He's a true game-time decision.

</TD></TR><TR><TD class=vaLink>HC Steve Spagnuolo confirmed Monday that Jackson did not suffer a setback, so it appears his limited use was mostly a result of the Rams trying to protect him in a blowout. Jackson likely still won't be in for a full complement of snaps against the Redskins this week, and will be facing a run defense that's allowed just 168 yards through its first two games.

S-Jax is a high-risk RB2 as Rotoworld's No. 25 fantasy back for Week 4.
